Mike Sims

Mike joined the CLA in 2018 having spent a decade working for regional daily and weekly newspapers as an award-winning editor and journalist, and also has experience in the magazine and digital sectors.

At the CLA he is the first point of call for all press and media enquiries in the South East. He welcomes contact from journalists and members.

In 2023 Mike was promoted to Senior Communications Manager and combines his South East responsibilities with supporting the national communications and external affairs team.
