CLA East is currently recruiting for two vancanies in its regional team.

We are seeking a Regional Adviser/Surveyor with a focus on rural property and planning.

This role combines expert advisory work with policy influence, supporting members on property and planning matters while helping shape the future of the rural sector.

Meanwhile, the CLA also has a vacancy for a Regional Sales Manager maternity cover.

The Regional Sales Manager will be required to proactively develop and manage a new member business pipeline.

Throughout the region this role will be seen as the “New Business” expert, promoting new business opportunities and growing the membership through existing membership services and revenue.

Both internally and externally you will be flying the CLA flag attending both member and non-member events, continually seeking new business opportunities through extensive industry networking activity.

Accountable for monthly gross revenue you will show entrepreneurial and growth focused qualities to achieve both monthly and annual individual revenue targets.

You will need to be dynamic, flexible and adaptable to change whilst demonstrating professionalism and credibility.

You will have demonstrable experience of building relationships internally and externally with a good understanding around working within a subscription based business model.

The role will involve some UK travel and overnight stays, current driving licence required.

This is a 9 months fixed term contract, full time, 35 hours a week.
