The free, unlimited advice included in your CLA membership
CLA members can benefit from land use, tax and legal advice from in-house CLA specialists, depending on their membership type.
As part of your CLA membership, you can access advice from our team of policy advisers. The CLA employs specialists in land use, tax and legal issues including chartered surveyors and former solicitors. Our policy advisers, based across London and our Welsh office in Builth Wells, can help you navigate UK and devolved regulations.
CLA policy advisers provide advice tailored to your specific situation. We can review legal documents and visit your business to understand the situation on the ground. Although the CLA cannot act on behalf of members, we can recommend your next steps and guide you through the process.
If your business is looking to grow, undergoing change or facing unexpected challenges, contact the CLA to find out how we can help you. Our advice is unlimited and free of charge.
Mark has been an amazing source of knowledge in an incredibly difficult process. He has always been at the end of the phone to explain things, answer our questions and help us understand our own situation.
