Harry Flanagan

Harry is a Solicitor with nearly 20 years’ experience advising CLA members on their legal queries. She trained in the City (and Madrid) and then worked at a Lincoln’s Inn law firm before first joining the CLA on a secondment in 1998. After a further stint in the Legal Team in 2000, she returned on a permanent but part time basis in 2003.

She advises on all aspects of residential landlord and tenant legislation including the housing of agricultural (and other) workers and service occupancies. As well as advising on how to set up new Assured Shorthold Tenancies, she often helps members establish respective rights and responsibilities with long standing tenancy arrangements, often where there is nothing in writing.
