Cath Crowther (on maternity leave)

Cath leads the East team and has overall responsibility for the management of the CLA’s regional business and membership. She joined the CLA in October 2019 moving from her role as a partner at property consultancy firm Bidwells. Cath grew up on an arable and sheep farm in South Wales and is a qualified chartered surveyor and a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. She has lived in the Cambridgeshire area since 2009.

Her main focus prior to joining the CLA was rural development, diversification, renewable energy and identifying and implementing alternative ways to generate new income streams and capital value.
