Antonia Barraclough

Antonia (Toni) Barraclough is a member of the CLA’s HR team, working alongside Samantha Horton. She oversees the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, learning and development, reward and benefits, employee engagement, employee welfare and offboarding.

Before joining the CLA in 2020, Toni gained valuable experience at ITV in the recruitment team and at Capita. She furthered her expertise by completing the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management in August 2024.
