The Country Land and Business Association is excited to announce the launch of "15 Minutes With…", a new podcast series designed with and for rural leaders across the UK.

In an increasingly fast-paced world, finding time to engage with the issues that matter most to the countryside can be challenging. That's why we've created a podcast that delivers meaningful conversations in just quarter of an hour. "15 Minutes With…" offers a snapshot of life in the countryside, told by the people who shape it every day.

Each episode features an engaging conversation with someone at the heart of rural Britain – whether that's a landowner managing a historic estate, a farmer navigating the complexities of modern agriculture, a rural business owner driving innovation, or a political voice influencing policy that affects us all. In these compact episodes, we explore their work, the challenges they face, their vision for the future, and the lighter moments that make rural life so distinctive.

Our first two episodes set the tone. CLA Director of External Affairs Jonathan Roberts sits down with CLA President Gavin Lane to discuss the priorities and pressures facing rural communities today. In the second episode, Jonathan speaks with former Defra Minister Daniel Zeichner, offering valuable political insight into the agricultural landscape.
