Local Listed Building Consent Order for window works including secondary glazing

The CLA campaigned successfully a decade ago for statutory listed building consent orders (LBCOs). This CLA response supports a proposed LBCO which would encourage the installation of secondary glazing without the need for a listed building consent application within the London Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. It also suggests the careful extension of this approach on a nationwide basis.
