A not for profit community interest company in Devon that works with local schools and communities to the benefit of young people and their families is seeking a base from which to deliver its activities.

Nature’s Challenge CIC is a group of professional outdoor practitioners working one to one with students with a range of needs between the ages of eight and 18 years old in the Exeter, Teignbridge and Torbay areas.

The organisation is hoping to take its work to the next level, and to achieve this is wants a base where it can start working with small groups and increase the number of beneficiaries to the service being provided, for example running sessions through the school holidays to different client groups, such as young carers, women only, parent and child, social prescribing through GPs.

To achieve this, it is seeking landowners to come forward with land in the Exeter, Torbay, South Hams and Teignbridge areas, ideally offering the opportunity for a 10 year tenancy of the site. The organisation would seek to deliver its vision in collaboration with the landowner and ensure consideration is made to aspects of sustainable land management.
