In a shift in the UK’s approach to counter terrorism measures, the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 received Royal Assent on Thursday 3 April 2025. This Guidance Note has been developed to help members understand the scope of the Act and the duties it places on those responsible for premises and events that fall within its remit.
