The CLA Midlands team are returning to Burwarton Show this August, once again joining Aaron & Partners Solicitors on their stand (B10) for one of Shropshire’s best-loved agricultural events.

This year, our focus is on helping rural businesses become more resilient, from planning for the future and protecting family assets to navigating the practical pressures facing farms, estates and land-based businesses.

Experts from the CLA and Aaron & Partners Solicitors will be available throughout the day for informal, one-to-one conversations and to answer questions on a wide range of rural business matters.

Aaron & Partners Solicitors will have specialists from its Wills team, and its Real Estate team, available to discuss succession, estate planning, property matters and other legal considerations for rural businesses.

The CLA’s Rural Adviser, Helen Dale, will also be on hand to support members with land management, business and wider rural queries.

Burwarton Show is always a fantastic opportunity to connect with members, rural businesses and the wider farming community in Shropshire. I’m really pleased to be attending this year and to be working alongside Aaron & Partners Solicitors again to highlight the importance of resilience and access to trusted advice.

Natalie Oakes, CLA Midlands Communications Manager

Burwarton Show is an important date in our calendar because it gives us the opportunity to spend time with our people at the heart of the rural economy. Farms, estates and land-based enterprises face an ever changing mix of commercial, legal and family pressures, and resilience often depends on planning ahead and having the right professional support in place. The rural economy means a great deal to us as a firm. We have worked with farming families, landowners and rural businesses for many years, often through important periods of change, and those relationships are something we really value. For us, Burwarton is about spending time with the rural community, listening to the challenges people are facing and offering support and guidance.

Joe Fletcher Hunt, Real Estate Partner and Head of the Rural Economy team at Aaron & Partners

Members and friends of the CLA are warmly invited to visit the stand, meet the teams and make the most of the expert advice available throughout the show.
