The private rented sector is rapidly changing, with new rights for renters and expanding landlord responsibilities.
The CLA Residential Tenancies Roadshow is an essential event for rural landlords. You will hear from leading experts on the Renters’ Rights Act, EPCs and the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES), as well as learn more about unusual types of tenancy common in rural areas.
Attendees will gain valuable insights into preparing properties to let, protecting their interests as landlords, navigating complex tenancy arrangements, and planning future property upgrades.
The roadshow combines legal, technical and practical guidance and should not be missed so landlords can ensure they understand their responsibilities, avoid common pitfalls, and can make confident decisions in the private rented sector.
