The CLA East team recently hosted a land development seminar for those members who are considering rural housing projects.

The CLA updated delegates on the Planning and Infrastructure Bill, proposed changes to compulsory purchase, the upcoming National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) consultation, the Housing, Community and Local Government (HCLG) inquiry into land value capture, the CLA’s Landowner Incentives Taskforce and wider work on affordable rural housing.
