Graham is a Rural Surveyor for CLA South West advising on a range of land management issues including access, agriculture, diversification, environment and land use, infrastructure and utilities, planning and property Management. He joined the CLA in 2008 after spells with South West Regional Development Agency, Defra Rural Development Service and ADAS Consulting Ltd. Since joining CLA he has been particularly involved with water and flooding issues and rural funding schemes. He has chaired the West of England LEADER Rural Development Programme since its inception in 2015.
