    This is a wide-ranging Call for Evidence, covering many aspects of business rates - looking at investment, empty property rates, self-catering accommodation, should property owner rather occupier, move to from slab to slice.  However the most important thing that they did not ask was about the proportionality of business rates and the escalation in rateable values so we included that in our response.
