- Further to the Employment Rights Act 2025, the Government consulted on ending one-sided flexibility and reforming zero hours contracts. We responded to the consultation which was about the use of zero hours contracts, offering workers guaranteed hours of work and paying them for cancelled, moved or curtailed shifts at short notice.
