This guidance note summarises the most relevant permitted development rights for CLA members in relation to temporary campsites and any associated prior approval requirements. We strongly suggest if you are considering using these rights, that you consult the GPDO 2015 carefully to ensure that all conditions and limitations contained in Part 4 are taken into account in your proposals.
