The CLA is delighted to launch My CLA, a new self-service members’ area that allows members to set their interests and preferences for a more tailored service.
Other benefits for members include purchasing tickets to events and conferences online, easier access to CLA advice and the exclusive monthly magazine.
The launch of My CLA is part of an ongoing effort to enhance the service we provide our members, allowing for more personalisation.
As well as updating personal details and interests, landowners can log-in and update details about their business in the ‘My Business’ area. This section enables you to provide an insight into the nature and scale of your business. By doing this, it provides the CLA with a better understanding and improved ability to influence government and protect rural businesses for the long term.
Business and Professional members
The My CLA members’ area can be accessed by several Business and Professional members from the same organisation. However, the authorised primary contact in the organisation will be responsible for managing the company information and invoices. Once logged in, each individual can manage their interests and preferences separately.
My CLA can help you
Our aim is to make sure that you can access and update your details easily and to give you more control over what you want to receive. We also want to provide you with more autonomy in purchasing and managing event tickets online and downloading CLA advisory documents.
We will use your data to provide you with your CLA membership services. We will also use your contact data to communicate with you regarding CLA news and updates that are of interest to you including the latest government and lobbying updates. You can manage your preferences at any time through My CLA.
