An update about coronavirus 26 March 2020

CLA Energy Services have spent a large amount of time ensuring that our teams can work remotely and continue to deliver quality services to members. Our priority has been the well-being of our staff, and as of this week, our office is closed and we are all working remotely. This may mean that there are delays in us accessing post, so please bear with us but be assured that no other services will be affected and our staff will be in contact with you as normal, to assist your with your energy and gas contract needs.
We are acutely aware of the impact the current COVID‐19 situation can pose and so wanted to let you know there are three key actions that you can take to ensure things continue to run smoothly with your contracts:
- Renew your electricity and gas contracts – we are here to help
- If you do not have a SMART Meter, provide regular, timely meter readings to your supplier
- Discuss any payment issues with your suppliers as soon as possible

CLA Energy Services

As a registered business you can join the CLA Energy Club. Set up specifically for members, your usage will be combined with that of other qualifying members to enable CLA Energy Services greater buying power in the market.
