Welcome to the CLA Members' Area
As the premier organisation safeguarding the interests of those responsible for land, property and business throughout rural England and Wales, this page shows how CLA membership can help you.
Please have your membership number ready to log in on each visit for access to member only features.
Some key benefits are outlined below:
Members receive the monthly CLA magazine Land & Business and regular enews mailings. Make sure your regional office has your current postal and email addresses.
Our capacity to understand our members' needs and formulate forward-thinking policies, together with our engagement of policy makers and opinion formers, allows us to provide members with visible presence and influence.
The CLA provides members with an influential voice with decision-makers lobbying Government at local, national and European level.
Every CLA member has a regional team to provide the first point of contact in seeking information or advice on problems and queries.
They are supported by dedicated professional advisers who lobby regionally and provide local information.
For advice, members should contact their regional office in the first instance quoting their membership number.
The CLA retains its own in-house professional advisory team which includes barristers, tax specialists, planning experts and surveyors who provide unlimited, independent and impartial information on a wide range of issues. This is only a phone call or email away and free to eligible members.
