Many decisions affecting landowners are taken in Brussels, not least the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). The CLA works with our sister organisation, the European Landowners Organization (ELO) to advise and lobby the European Commission and Members of the European Parliament on the issues which affect our members.
The ELO is committed to promoting a sustainable and prosperous countryside and to increasing awareness relating to environmental and agricultural issues.
This page is designed to provide information on CLA activity in the field of EU policy and relevant events.
