2016 Research

In 2016 the CLA undertook a large scale opinion research project set up to gather member opinion and insight about their past, current and future attitudes to investment in their business. The output of this research was a major feature of the Rural Business 2030 report at the 2016 Conference. Click here to read the CLA Rural Business 2030 report.

In its second year, the CLA Community Panel will again be pursuing a varied research programme throughout the year to provide new substantial insight into the attitudes, actions and intentions of rural landowning businesses and to fully explore the opportunities and challenges they may face.

This knowledge helps to support CLA lobbying priorities to achieve positive, meaningful outcomes for CLA members.
