Severe weather warnings across England and Wales

Severe weather warnings are in place in certain areas across England and Wales as heavy rainfall is expected on Tuesday and Wednesday. At 3pm on Tuesday (26 Jan), flood warnings have been issued in the North East, North West, South West and Wales. Two flood alerts are also in place in the Midlands.
