The CLA East AGMs that were postponed earlier this year due to Covid-19 will be held before branch committee meetings in the autumn, on the following dates:
October 28 | 9.30am – Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire
October 30 | 9.30am – Essex
November 2 | 1.30pm– Suffolk
November 4 | 1.30pm – Northamptonshire
November 5 | 1.30pm – Norfolk
November 6 | 9.30am – Hertfordshire
November 9 | 1.30pm – Nottinghamshire
November 10 | 9.30am – Lincolnshire
The AGMs - which should take less than 30 minutes - will only carry out the official business of the day, to include:
- Chair Report
- Election of Branch Committee
- Election of President
- Election of Chair
- Election of Vice Chair
- Election of Chair to Council
- Any Other Business (to be submitted at least 7 days prior to the AGM)
The majority of AGMs will be held via the Zoom video conferencing platform. The Norfolk AGM will take place at Holkham Hall. You can book a place by contacting the CLA East office on 01638 590 429 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
There will be no charge for members, but registration will be required.
Members wishing to submit topics for discussion or any other business should email email@example.com or confirm in writing to the CLA East office address, seven days before the AGM.
