Peak District National Park Authority has prepared Development Management Policies Part 2 of the Local Plan for the Peak District National Park. This document, which is to be referred to as the Development Management Policies document and includes a Policies Map, will guide and manage development across the National Park alongside the Authority’s adopted Core Strategy up to 2026 and will replace the remaining policies in the Local Plan adopted in 2001.
Notice is given in accordance with the above Regulations that Peak District National Park Authority submitted Part 2 of the Local Plan to the Secretary of State for independent examination on 19th February 2018.
