GN14-22 Reducing heating costs and decarbonising heritage and other buildings in England and Wales

This Guidance Note complements the separate (and intentionally-brief) CLA Guidance Note Domestic EPCs and MEES. This longer Guidance Note is intended for members who want more detail. It explains how you can decarbonise existing buildings, and particularly on what works well and what works less well in physical, financial, and decarbonisation terms, and in terms of EPC and MEES Regulations, and Building Regulations.
