North - Rural Adviser

Libby is a rural adviser in the CLA North team covering a range of issues including broadband delivery,  rural crime, business funding and lobbying.  Before joining the CLA Libby worked for a member of parliament and was a councillor on Cumbria County Council.  Libby has also worked on community development projects including delivering fibre to the home rural broadband, business networking events and community led planning.
