Called to the Bar in 1991, in Chambers until 1997 when she joined the CLA. Helen Shipsey specialises in advice on grazing tenancies, agricultural holdings legislation, farm business tenancies and the Treasure Act. She represents the CLA on the Tenancy Reform Industry which engages with Defra on legislative reform.
