BBC Interview on Rural Crime

25 October 2013

Rural crime is still high on the agenda with over 10 machines stolen every day in the UK.

Over the past year there have been 21 reported tractors stolen in Hampshire totalling in excess of £750,000 in machinery costs, not to mention thousands of pounds lost in working hours.

Farmers are constantly improving their security to help the Police with vehicle recovery and the CLA highlighted the issue by setting up an interview with BBC South Today on Friday 5th April at a Hampshire farm with security firm Datatag.
