Review of the Fiscal Definition of Biodiesel

The CLA argues that the German DIN standard should be applied in the UK to ensure a level playing field in the EU and that Straight Vegetable Oil should continue to benefit from the reduced fuel duty, provided it meets environmental and quality standards, and advises that the environmental impact of imported biofuels should be taken into account in the definition of qualifying fuels
