A review of the Animal By-Products Regulation (EC) No 1774/2002

The EU is proposing reforms to the Animal By Products Regulation, the legislation governing the disposal of animal carcases and body parts that do not enter the food chain.  DEFRA has recognised that there  may be implications for those who run shoots or who keep horses and has asked for comments on specific points. This is the CLAs response.

Solicitors Indemnity Fund . Solicitors in the CLA Legal Team are not covered by the Solicitors Indemnity Fund in relation to professional negligence in relation to any advice given by them.
