The CLA Game Fair 2012

The CLA Game Fair 2012 will be held at Belvoir Castle. Grantham, Leicestershire.

Member Ticket Box Office

As a CLA member you are entitled to free and/or discounted tickets as well as badges to the exclusive CLA Members’ Enclosure. Please remember that this entitlement is only available if ordered in advance, at least one week prior to the show. If you are not sure whether you will be able to attend, we suggest that you order your free tickets to avoid any possibility of disappointment later.

You may also buy additional admission tickets and enclosure badges for family and friends and can benefit from planning your visit before arriving at the show by ordering an advance copy of the Show Guide.

Each admission ticket is worth up to £29 each and is valid for one person for any one of the three days. Enclosure badges are worth £5 each and are valid for all three days.

In addition to the normal free parking arrangements, you can benefit from Premium Parking areas in each car park which allow members to park close to a show entrance. Premium Parking tickets, available on a first come first served basis, cost £20 on Friday, £17 per day on Saturday and Sunday.

CLA Members’ Enclosure

Whatever your main area of interest at the CLA Game Fair, you should make this magnificent Enclosure your base for the day. This year it will be adjacent to the Main Arena so you and your guests will be able to enjoy the sights and sounds while relaxing in comfort. You will also find a wide range of bar and catering facilities to suit every pocket, a children’s play area and a resident Jazz Band.

Members and their guests can enjoy a wide range of food – from bacon rolls to full English breakfasts, from salads and hot sandwiches to three course lunches and afternoon tea. A Pimm’s Bar, as well as a Main Bar, is open from lunchtime till late.

Personal Ticket Allocation

Each April members receive a personal application form detailing their Game Fair ticket allocation: CLA members receive a minimum of one free admission ticket and two free enclosure badges; Friends of the CLA and Student members receive one free enclosure badge. All can benefit from discounted ticket rates. Please note these free and discounted tickets and badges are only available if ordered in advance – at least one week prior to the event.

Solicitors Indemnity Fund . Solicitors in the CLA Legal Team are not covered by the Solicitors Indemnity Fund in relation to professional negligence in relation to any advice given by them.
