Caroline Bedell MRICS FAAV – Regional Director - West Midlands Leads the West Midlands team and has responsibility for the overall management of regional business and membership. She also represents the CLA on a number of regional committees and panels. Tim Barnes-Clay – Media Relations Manager - Midlands Tim manages media relations for the CLA in the Midlands.
He trained in broadcast journalism and worked at various radio stations including BBC Radio Norfolk, Trent FM and Heart FM before becoming a reporter for the Mirror Group's L!ve TV cable network. He went on to work for ITV for a number of years where he presented, reported and produced programmes for Central Television in Birmingham.
Tim made the traditional jump from the media into PR and uses his knowledge of the industry to specialise in media relations.

Please note that whilst the advisers are able to advise on a wide range of subjects relating to land ownership, they cannot act in place of a member's own solicitor, accountant, surveyor and tax specialist by, for example, drafting documents or corresponding on their behalf and may be precluded, by the rules of their own professions, from advising one CLA member against another CLA member in the case of conflict.
Solicitors Indemnity Fund . Solicitors in the CLA Legal Team are not covered by the Solicitors Indemnity Fund in relation to professional negligence in relation to any advice given by them.
