Top talents Join team at Warners Solicitors
Warners based in Tonbridge and Sevenoaks has added two new partners to its litigation team in response to changes in the market and current levels of demand.
"We are delighted to announce that Michael McNally and Tim Ryan have joined Warners. Michael and Tim are both experts in rural litigation work and they bring with them a wealth of experience that will benefit our clients" said David Wilson, head of litigation at Warners Solicitors.
Michael has been a solicitor for 20 years and his specialisms include employment (contentious and non-contentious), personal injury, commercial and property disputes, defamation, public and private rights of way disputes and professional negligence. He has particular experience in acting for equestrian, country sports, agricultural and rural interests.
Tim was a barrister in private practice for 10 years at a leading London set of Chambers before moving in-house in 2000 and obtaining dual qualification as a solicitor. He specialises in Criminal and Regulatory work and has particular expertise in wildlife and environmental issues, country sports, farming, animal welfare, firearms and "white collar" crime.
