Robin Edwards – Director South East![]() Robin Edwards heads up the South East team based in Andover. He represents members at a local, regional and national level and is instrumental in assisting and advising members in the South East. Belinda Walters – Regional Director - Isle of Wight![]() Belinda Walters is Regional Director for the Isle of Wight. Belinda is based in the Isle of Wight office and is the first point of contact for rural queries relating to the Island. Tim Brock – Membership Recruitment Manager South![]() Tim Brock is Membership Recruitment Manager South and manages a team of seven territory managers covering the South of England from Cornwall to Lincolnshire developing membership for the CLA. Sara Magern – Regional PA![]() Sara Magern is Regional PA for the South East region and is based in the Andover office. Megan Cameron – Rural Adviser![]() Megan is responsible for environmental issues and policies affecting members. She represents members across the region on topics such as, Agri-Environment Schemes, resource protection, water, forestry, protected species, and designated sites, providing advice and support. Tim Broomhead – Regional Surveyor![]() Tim Broomhead is Regional Surveyor and covers the whole South East region. He is based in the South East office near Andover. Rosie Farthing – Events Manager![]() Rosie Farthing is the Events Manager for the South East region. She runs a variety of events from technical seminars, to farm walks and fly-fishing days. Rosie is also responsible for regional sponsorship and CLA London Branch. She works full time and is based in the Andover office. Sue Baron-Duff – Membership Co-ordinator![]() Sue is the Membership Co-ordinator based in the South East office. She manages the Field Force and deals with membership issues for the Southern Region. In the event of any advice given by any CLA staff adviser being given negligently or otherwise being incorrect no liability whatsoever is accepted by the CLA or its officers or by its staff advisers concerned
(a) towards any person who is not the current CLA member to whom the advice was directly given,
(b) to any person in the respect of consequential loss or loss of profits, or
(c) to any person for any sum exceeding £50,000 in respect of any one enquiry (whether made or responded to orally or in writing and whether dealt with at one time or over a period of time).
Any person making use of the Advisory Services accepts such restrictions. Members should refer to appropriate professional advisers in private practice before taking any particular course of action potentially or actually involving any substantial amounts of money.
Please note that whilst the advisers are able to advise on a wide range of subjects relating to land ownership, they cannot act in place of a member's own solicitor, accountant, surveyor and tax specialist by, for example, drafting documents or corresponding on their behalf and may be precluded, by the rules of their own professions, from advising one CLA member against another CLA member in the case of conflict.
Solicitors Indemnity Fund . Solicitors in the CLA Legal Team are not covered by the Solicitors Indemnity Fund in relation to professional negligence in relation to any advice given by them.
