The North East gears up for the big Countryside event Thousands of people from across the North East are getting ready for The CLA Game Fair, the world's largest countryside event, which takes place at Ragley Hall, Warwickshire on Friday 23 – Sunday 25 July. With up to 140,000 visitors and almost 1,000 exhibitors and attractions expected over the three days, this is the event of the year for anyone and everyone interested in the countryside. Importantly it provides local companies with an international shop window. A regular exhibitor at the CLA Game Fair, Barnard Castle's Arthur Ellwood has developed a successful formula that he sells across the world today as Bird Puller feed supplement. Using completely natural ingredients rich in vitamin B, Birdpuller keeps pheasants coming back for more and, importantly, stops them straying. The end result being happier, healthier birds. Arthur hopes that customers will be flocking to his stand at the CLA Game Fair.
